- The outer shell is made of cold-rolled steel plate, with the surface treated by electrostatic powder coating. The inner liner is made of stainless steel material. The semi-circular four-corner design makes cleaning more convenient.
- The temperature control system employs microcomputer single-chip technology. The LCD screen displays various parameters. The temperature controller has functions such as temperature control, timing, and over-temperature alarm.
- The fully formed silicone rubber door seal ensures a high vacuum inside the box.
- The laboratory is of a rectangular structure. The cabinet door is equipped with a tempered double-layer glass door to ensure the safety of the users during experiments. A large-angle viewable observation window is adopted to facilitate the observation of the experimental items within the laboratory.
- It has the function of restoring the system to normal after power failure or system crash, and it can recover the lost status data and saved parameters.
- Heating of the partition:
The heating units are evenly distributed beneath the sample tray, resulting in an increase in heating efficiency of over 50%.
Compared with conventional heating methods, heat loss has also been significantly reduced.
Under high vacuum conditions, the heat conduction efficiency has been enhanced, resulting in more uniform heat distribution in the partition. Consequently, the drying efficiency and uniformity of the samples have also been significantly improved.
- Independent temperature control:
The multi-layer heating partition has independent temperature control, and the temperature of each partition can be directly displayed, which improves the synchronization of drying multiple layers of samples.
When the sample quantity is small, some of the heating layers can be activated separately, which offers better energy-saving benefits.
