Your Pure Water Reads 0.055 μS/cm. Can Your Conductivity Meter Measure It?
When Water Looks Pure, the Numbers Matter
A customer recently shared a water purification system displaying a conductivity reading of 0.055 μS/cm.
This is approximately the theoretical conductivity of ultrapure water at 25°C. But measuring such low values requires more than a standard conductivity meter.
A Dedicated Solution for Low-Conductivity Water
The BIOSTELLAR EC10, paired with the DDJS-0.01VTK electrode (K=0.01 cm⁻¹), is designed for purified and deionized water conductivity testing.
The combination has completed low-conductivity calibration verification.
Its flow-cell configuration helps reduce atmospheric interference during sampling, while the 3.5-inch TFT color display and GLP data management make daily laboratory testing more convenient.
Typical Applications
RO water testing, laboratory deionized water, purified water system outlet checks and high-purity water conductivity monitoring.
